By accessing or using CreatorOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, you may not use the platform.
CreatorOS is a platform that enables creators to monetize their work through subscriptions, tips, and paid content. We provide the infrastructure; you remain responsible for your content and interactions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. You retain ownership of your content but grant CreatorOS a license to host and display it on the platform.
CreatorOS charges a 7% platform fee on earnings. Payment processing fees (~3%) also apply. Payouts follow our weekly schedule — every Friday.
Do not: post illegal content; bypass payment systems; harass or threaten other users; commit fraud; share credentials; scrape platform data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your content data.
CreatorOS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for content posted by users, nor for damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
